Frequently asked
Is LinkDuel free?
Yes. Every mode is free. You play the Ladder without an account; for Season and Arena you create a free account.
Do I need to download an app?
No. LinkDuel runs in your browser, on your phone and on desktop. If you like, add it to your home screen.
How does a puzzle work?
You start at 1 and draw one unbroken line to 2, 3, 4 and on. Along the way you visit every cell exactly once. Walls, arrows and portals join in higher leagues.
How do I move up a league?
Every solved puzzle earns XP. With enough XP you unlock the next league, from Bronze (4×4) to Master (10×10).
What is the Arena?
A 1v1 duel: you both get the same puzzle and the same clock. Whoever solves it faster wins. Play ranked or challenge friends to a friendly duel.
How does a season work?
A season runs Monday to Sunday. There are ranked slots every day and your points go onto the weekly ladder. It settles Sunday 23:59 UTC, and the best players earn titles like Champion, Elite or Vanguard.
